“The room was recently renovated and was nice. The breakfast was not as good as I've experienced in some hotels. But, the staff was very friendly.”

“Great old house with 3 guest rooms plus a cottage outback. We really enjoyed the game room and the Continental breakfast was actually elegant. My own reservation about our experience was the parking. The instructions were not accurate and also not consistent with what we read online. ”

“My partner and I stayed here to visit Shenandoah National Park and it was a great location that is very close to the park. The host gave us privacy and there was a separate entrance into the space.”

“We wanted to get away to do some business planning for the year. Perfect location to not go far, but feel like we were away so we could focus. Had some great conversations around the fire pit! Open kitchen and living room layout made it easy to prepare dinner and keep the conversation rolling.”

“The room smelled like mold and cigarettes even though it was supposed to be nonsmoking, the walls are so thin that any conversation a person in a neighboring room is having can be heard. And the only heat source was some kind of AC wall unit that literally started smoking when turned on. When I told the owner about the fire hazard he completely dismissed me and actually laughed at my concern. Do not stay here.”

“We stayed here when in Warrenton to care for a loved one. It was the perfect location between the hospital and town in a lovely quiet neighborhood. House was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Chase was wonderful to work with and Mike (the owner) was very welcoming. Not only were we given bread, eggs, sausage at the beginning of our stay, we found some beautiful daffodils on our doorstep during our stay. We will definitely be back! Thank you!”

“This was exactly what we needed! We wanted to relax and slow down and we did. Lucky Star Farm is beautiful and an easy drive from the distillaries and downtown Culpeper. The house is immaculate and comfy. Shari and David are wonderful hosts! We learned a lot too! So fun. Would stay again!”
