“Wonderful service, rooms, and experience. ”

“Overall it was a great stay. AC unit was down for one day, which was really hot during the afternoon. But they were able to fix it by night time. This was probably a rare incident, but overall it did make the stay a bit more uncomfortable. But other than that, the staff were really friendly and it was a nice resort to stay at with friends.”

“Enjoyed all the amenities. Staff was courteous, helpful & pleasant. the onsite dining options were good. The pool was fantastic. Really, the one minor thing that was annoying were the birds :-) You had to watch your food or it would be swooped up. But, overall, I would return to the resort.”

“Everything was amazing. The food: we ate at all 3 of the restaurants on the property as well as Hiroshi. The spa was great. We participated in the Hydro therapy followed by a 50 minute massage. 2 employees that stood out were Ronnie by the poolside. He was very friendly, helpful and checked in with me daily. I enjoyed practicing my spanish with him. We had drinks at the Hotel Mousai and was served by Victor. Victor was extremely friendly as well and was able to answer many of our questions about……

“The common areas were very clean and well maintained. The rooms could use a little updating but were very clean. Housekeeping did amazing! They were very attentive and the concierge was great as well. The onsite Dr was nice but needed to be clear on basic payment practices. Lots of room for improvement on her part. They had a wonderful buffet area. Staff was wonderful but 1 person in particular wasn't clear on the dress code. My husband was turned away for wearing a tank shirt and we……

“Our room overlooked the Park with all of the mosaic benches, it was so pretty! We were just a few steps from the beach and a short walk to the Pier. There were lots of bars, dancing, shopping, and restaurants within a few blocks. It was a great location in the Romantic Zone!”

“The room at first night was small and there’s serious problem with the shower, the sewer was clogged and water flowed over all over the room all the way to the downstairs, we had to request to change to another room. Swimming pool at rooftop was not well maintained so the water looks not clean. ”

“This hotel is clean, perfectly located in the heart of Puerto Vallarta right on the North end of the Malecon, has a great bar and restaurant, the pool looks over the ocean and has plenty of lounge chairs, most rooms have a gorgeous view, the staff is prompt an friendly, and the prices are very reasonable! “Room was lovely met our needs . Pool fabulous but it had a lot of rules . Could not bring your own refreshments or food . At a condo I would have thought I could . The walk is exhausting even with the little funicular up the steep part . Staff were always friendly and accommodating as best as they could . Check in was in a separate building, from the pinnacle I was staying at . Over all we did enjoy our stay . Glad we had a car . ”

“Amazing roof top views! The pool is small but mighty because of the entire view of the city. The Air conditioner was so crisp lol i know that’s a strange review but when you have been in the hot humid sun all day the crispness of the AC hits differently to sleep. The location is amazing and like a five minute drive to the gayborhood of PVR. Will a hundred percent be staying here again in the future! ”

“The AC leaked on us all night. Could not sleep. Everything was falling apart from the ice bucket to the hanging soap dish. Extra cost for swimming towels, everything. Good for the price and location. Great place if you want to stay near locals and the swimming pool is awesome. ”
