“The room was clean, quiet as long as you keep the window closed (very good sound insulation from other rooms, but traffic noise from nearby road if you open the sliding porch window), king size bed very comfy, and a desk with two chairs big enough for two people each with their own laptops. The pool is very old however, strange-looking water and was smelling weird (neither chlorine nor salt water smell). If you choose the hotel for a clean and comfy room that's ok. Don't choose it for the pool. ”

“I got the 1 bedroom suite there. It was very spacious and comfortable. The perfect place if you want to sleep well. The bedding was ultra comfortable and I had everything I needed.”

“I stayed for one day and extended it for another day. The staff insisted on changing my room. There were not many people that day. They insisted on changing me to a room I didn't like. It was far from the room I stayed in before. I felt that the staff was deliberately making things difficult for me.”

“The staff were friendly, the room and common areas were clean. Brattleboro is a nice small town and north of the hotel are perhaps the loveliest small towns in Vermont, with Putney being our favorite! Relaxed, good food and very nice people cap off the beautiful and largely undisturbed back country roads as well as an awesome Coop and country store.”

“The property was under renovation and it was a little hard to find where to check in. The staff was great and the rooms were clean. When their done renovating it will be a nice place pace to stay.”

“The staff, our room along with the off season pricing made for a wonderful stay! We had an issue with our room heater (it wouldn’t shut off) they upgraded our room without a problem. We also enjoyed the breakfast 🌸”
