"Tequila restaurant needs to improve its customers satisfaction , I only got reservation at 9pm and most of the items in buffet were missing . "We stayed 5 days celebrating our anniversary. This place was amazing. The staff was incredible. It wasn't too crowded, the accommodations and grounds were top notch. There was an extensive variety of food options/ restaurants. There was so much built in entertainment. The ocean was beautiful and the staff did their best to sweep up the seaweed. We give the resort a 10 of 10 and will certainly return!"

"Overall loved our stay! There were a couple loud people late at night and the halls echo, but other than that pretty quiet for sleep! Food is ok… best place was the Roaxa club/dinner . They even did a shoutout for our anniversary, a toast, and decorated our table! Loved allll the staff there!!! Pool is fun, especially volleyball. The beach is amazing! "Pretty solid stay. Room was nice and updated. AC was cold although very humid. Pools are nice and the beach is good. Lots of seaweed during this time of year. "The staff was nice. Friendly and helpful. I do wish they had some type of notice about the power outages that the area was experiencing. It was out of their control but it would have been good to know before it happened and I had no AC for a few hours. I will say that Miguel and the other lady at the front desk were beyond accommodating and tried to help in all possible way to make our stay better. "
