“We chose a room with a creek, but with the air conditioner turned on, we couldn't hear the sound of the creek at all. There was not enough time to ventilate the room, there was an unpleasant smell when we entered, and I sprayed a lot of lysol. The bathroom is very! Very! Small! ! ! “When I first arrived I was very disappointed in the hotel room I received. After messaging the hotel they fixed the problem I had, immediately. I had a great stay. I also got to see a bear 30 seconds from the property which was amazing. I’ve been to gatlinburg several times and that was my first time seeing a bear. ”

“Inside is nice, pretty. Some areas inside could use some deep cleaning. Outside appearance of hotel needs some refurbishment . Pool closed while we were there and did not know when it would open again.”

“I don’t like that pets were allowed in the breakfast area where people are eating. One lady brought her dog in from outside in the rain and the dog shook off his coat right next to a table where people were eating. Also, the parking garage is tight for oversized vehicles. Other than that, the stay was excellent. ”
